Minimum: 30 years | Maximum: 45 years (Relaxations as per Govt. of India rules)
Educational Qualifications:
- Degree from a recognized University in India
- Proficiency in English Shorthand @ 120 w.p.m.
- Knowledge of Computer operation with typing speed of 40 w.p.m.
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ regular service as Private Secretary/Senior PA/PA/Senior Stenographer in Govt./PSU/ Statutory bodies
📝 Selection Process
- Shorthand (English) Test – 120 w.p.m. for 7 minutes (transcription 45 minutes)
- Objective Type Written Test – 100 questions (English, GK, Constitution (Judiciary), Supreme Court Rules 2013, Computers)
- Typing Speed Test on Computer – 40 w.p.m. (Mistake allowance: General 2% / Reserved 3%)
- Interview
- Additional Weightage: +3 marks for candidates holding a Law Degree (LLB/BGL/Academic)
