Eligibility & Age Limit
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant discipline from AICTE-approved colleges.
- Marks: First Class for UR/OBC/EWS; Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Maximum Age (as on 01.10.2025): 25 years (Relaxation: OBC–3 yrs, SC/ST–5 yrs, PwBD–10 yrs).
Pay Scale
₹40,000–3%–₹1,40,000 (CTC approx. ₹13 lakh per annum) with DA, HRA, performance pay and other benefits.
Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT): 125 questions (100 technical + 25 aptitude), 120 minutes, negative marking ¼ per wrong answer. Qualifying marks: 35% (UR/OBC/EWS), 30% (SC/ST/PwBD).
- Interview: Shortlisted in 1:5 ratio based on CBT marks. Final merit: CBT (85 marks) + Interview (15 marks).
Application Fee
- ₹1,000 + GST (₹1,180 total) for UR/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates.
- No fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.
- Payment via SBI e-Pay Lite gateway.
Posting Locations
Candidates may be posted at any BEL Unit – Bengaluru, Ghaziabad, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Machilipatnam, Panchkula, Kotdwara, or Navi Mumbai – or anywhere in India as required.
