The Border Security Force (BSF), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, has released an official notification for the recruitment of Constable (General Duty) under the Sports Quota 2025. Both male and female Indian citizens who are meritorious sportspersons can apply online through the BSF recruitment portal.

- Start of Online Application: 16 October 2025 (from 00:01 AM)
- Last Date to Apply Online: 04 November 2025 (till 11:59 PM)
🔹 Vacancy Details
Total 391 vacancies have been announced across various sports disciplines for both men and women including Athletics, Boxing, Football, Shooting, Swimming, Kabaddi, Wrestling, Weightlifting, and more.
🔹 Pay Scale
Level-3 (Rs. 21,700 – 69,100) as per the 7th CPC along with other allowances admissible to Central Government employees.
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Matriculation (10th pass) or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Age Limit: 18 to 23 years as on 1st August 2025. (Age relaxation as per BSF recruitment rules.)
- Sports Qualification: Candidates must have participated or won medals in recognized International/National level tournaments (as detailed in the official advertisement) during the period from 04.11.2023 to 04.11.2025.

- SC / ST / Female Candidates: Exempted
🔹 Selection Process
The recruitment process includes:
