Eligibility (as on 15.11.2025)

Educational Qualifications

  • Junior Personal Assistant: Graduate (any discipline) from a Government-recognised university plus at least one-year course in Office Management & Secretarial Practice (or equivalent). Shorthand speed: 80 w.p.m. (English) and typing speed: 40 w.p.m. (English). Desirable: Proficiency in Hindi shorthand/typing.
  • Junior Executive (Rajbhasha): Graduate with Hindi as an elective and English as main subject OR degree/diploma equivalent to BA (Hindi). Desirable: Proficiency in Hindi software applications.

Important: Candidates must possess final mark sheets/certificates confirming eligibility on or before 15.11.2025. Candidates in final year/semester are NOT eligible to apply.

Selection Process

  • Junior Personal Assistant: Online Test → Skill Test (Typing & Stenography — qualifying) → Document Verification
  • Junior Executive (Rajbhasha): Online Test → Document Verification

The online test covers reasoning, computer aptitude, data analysis & quantitative aptitude, general awareness, English and professional knowledge (where applicable). Descriptive/translation sections have a minimum qualifying mark of 40%. There is negative marking: 1/4th mark for each wrong answer in objective tests.

How to Apply

  1. Visit the official CWC website: www.cewacor.nic.in.
  2. Click Career @ CWC (Direct Recruitment) – 2025Apply Online.
  3. Choose “Click here for New Registration” and complete registration; note the provisional registration number & password sent via email/SMS.
  4. Upload scanned photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm), signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration (as per specifications). Signature in CAPITAL letters will NOT be accepted.
  5. Fill the application form, preview carefully and click COMPLETE REGISTRATION.
  6. Pay the requisite fee online and download/print the e-receipt & final application. Do NOT send hard copies to CWC.
