The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has invited applications from retired officials/teachers for engagement as Consultants in its Education Department. The consultants will be engaged on a contractual basis at NDMC Headquarters, Atal Adarsh Vidyalayas, and Navyug Schools.

Eligibility
- Retired officials/teachers from Central Govt., Delhi Govt., any State Govt., Local Bodies, Defence Services, or equivalent services.
- Below 65 years of age as on the closing date of application.
- Medically fit with certificate from an MBBS or equivalent doctor.
- Free from vigilance angle and no pending criminal case.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Internet, Email, and Android Mobile Apps.
Period of Engagement
Initially for 1 year, extendable based on performance and requirement, but not beyond 65 years of age. Engagement may be terminated if the post is filled by a regular employee or performance is unsatisfactory.
Vacancies
The vacancies include both teaching (TGTs in various subjects, Assistant Teachers, Nursery Teachers, Computer Teachers, etc.) and non-teaching positions (Laboratory Assistants, Librarians, School Counsellors, Ministerial staff).

Important Note
The NDMC reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of required Consultants, cancel the advertisement, or not proceed with the engagement process at any stage. It may also accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons.
Remuneration
Remuneration will be regulated as per NDMC rules (last pay drawn minus pension, plus Rs. 2000/- TA per month). No other allowances will be payable.
