Eligibility (As per notification)
VP Wealth (SRM)
- Graduate (mandatory); MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) preferred.
- Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience in sales & marketing with banks / wealth firms / AMCs.
- Age: 26–42 years (as on 01/05/2025). Age relaxations as per Govt. norms.
AVP Wealth (RM)
- Graduate (mandatory); post-graduation in finance/marketing preferred.
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in sales & marketing with banks / wealth firms / AMCs.
- Age: 23–35 years (as on 01/05/2025).
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
- Graduate (mandatory).
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Age: 20–35 years (as on 01/05/2025).
Important: Teaching and training experience will not be counted for eligibility. Candidates who previously received SBI Wealth offers but did not join are debarred for 2 years.

- Register, complete the online form and upload required documents (photo, signature, ID, resume, experience proofs, certificates, PwBD if applicable).
- Pay application fee online and submit. Keep the e-receipt and printed copy for records.

Selection Process
Shortlisting (based on eligibility & experience) will be followed by one or more rounds of personal / telephonic / video interview. Interview carries 100 marks and final merit is based on interview scores. CTC negotiation will be part of the process.
