Eligibility Criteria (पात्रता मानदंड)
Educational Qualification & Experience (शैक्षणिक योग्यता और अनुभव)
- You must have a Graduate degree in any discipline from a government-recognized university or institution.
- Additionally, you must have an MBA (Finance) / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS (Finance) / CA / CFA / ICWA.
- A minimum of **3 years** of post-qualification experience in Corporate Credit or High-value credit as an executive is mandatory.
Age Relaxation (आयु में छूट)
Age relaxation is available for reserved categories as per government guidelines.
- Other Backward Classes (OBC) (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years.
- Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes (SC/ST): 5 years.
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) are also eligible for age relaxation based on their category.
Selection Process (चयन प्रक्रिया)
The selection will be based on shortlisting and an interview.
- **Shortlisting:** A committee will decide the shortlisting parameters to call an adequate number of candidates for the interview.
- **Interview:** The interview will carry 100 marks, and the merit list will be prepared based on the scores obtained in the interview only.
