Eligibility Criteria (पात्रता मानदंड)
Educational Qualification & Experience (शैक्षणिक योग्यता और अनुभव)
- **Manager (Products – Digital Platforms):** You must have a B.E. / B. Tech. in IT/ Computers/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics & Telecommunication, or a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) with a minimum of 60% marks. A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in Digital Payments, FASTag, Digital Solutions, FinTech, or a related field is mandatory.
- **Deputy Manager (Products – Digital Platforms):** You must have a B.E. / B. Tech. in IT/ Computers/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics & Telecommunication, or a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) with a minimum of 60% marks. A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in Digital Payments, FASTag, Digital Solutions, FinTech, or a related field is mandatory.
Age Relaxation (आयु में छूट)
Age relaxation is available for reserved categories as per government guidelines.
- Other Backward Classes (OBC) (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes (SC/ST): 5 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) across various categories are also eligible for age relaxation.
Selection Process (चयन प्रक्रिया)
The selection will be based on shortlisting and an interview.
- **Shortlisting:** A committee will decide the shortlisting parameters to call an adequate number of candidates for the interview.
- **Interview:** The interview will carry 100 marks, and the merit list will be prepared based on the scores obtained in the interview only.
